Reservation and Check-in Information

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM or later.
• Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier on the day of departure.
• As soon as we received the last payment, we will send you the 4 digits access code and Lock Instructions for your upcoming stay.
• Registered guests must be either a married, at least 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent for the entire length of stay.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel two weeks prior to arrival, you may transfer your deposit to a future reservation.
• If you need to cancel your reservation completely, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 processing fee if your cancellation is received at least four weeks prior to your arrival date.
• If a cancellation request is received within four weeks of the arrival date, you will not receive a refund.

Property Regulations

• No trailers, watercrafts, motorcycles buses or motor homes are permitted on the Magnolia properties.
• All units are non-smoking.
• Pets are not permitted in any units at any time.
